Can people without deep lens hardware participate

Hi,
I am from India and I would like participate in this Hackathon. I don’t have access to DeepLens. Can I use AWS software alone and participate?

    Hello, please review the rules tab to understand eligibility for this challenge. You will need the hardware to participate or you can join a team that has the hardware. Thanks!
